Tax Planning, Representation & Return Preparation

Our tax department specializes in the preparation of tax returns for high net worth individuals and for corporate, partnership and exempt organizations. We also provide tax planning for individuals and closely held corporations, family tax planning, plus representation before the Internal Revenue Service and other state and local governments.

Our services include

• Research and consultation on tax aspects of proposed transactions (including securing rulings from the Internal Revenue Service)
• Special studies in areas such as changes in accounting methods
• Identification of planning opportunities
• Monitoring of continuing tax exposure areas.

We direct our efforts to the anticipation and resolution of potential problems, as well as the discovery and use of opportunities to reduce current and future tax liabilities.

Communication of Tax DevelopmentsWe are constantly advising management on the latest developments in tax matters with potential impact on their companies and employees. We mail monthly alerts in which we summarize any changes in tax laws and constantly keep our clients informed of year-end tax planning strategies.
