Stewart Berger, CPA, Tax Principal, has over 30 years of experience providing tax and estate consulting services to closely held companies and high net worth individuals.  He is a member of the fiduciary service group of Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company.

Mr. Berger received his B.S. from Brooklyn College.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants ("NYSSCPA").  He served on the Nominating Committee of the NYSSCPAs and also a member of the Closely Held and S Corporation Committee where he currently serves as chair.  He is currently the co-chair of the Closely Held and Flow Through Entities annual conference and previously serves as Chairman of the Evening Technical session of the Closely Held and S Corporation committee for the NYSSCPAs.  He has also written several articles for professional publications and has been quoted in various industry trades and newspapers.
