Stewart Berger, CPA, Tax Principal, has over 30 years of experience providing tax and estate consulting services to closely held companies and high net worth individuals.  He is a member of the fiduciary service group of Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company.

Mr. Berger received his B.S. from Brooklyn College.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants ("NYSSCPA").  He served on the Nominating Committee of the NYSSCPAs and also a member of the Closely Held and S Corporation Committee where he currently serves as chair.  He is currently serving on the Rapid Response Committee of the Tax Division Oversight Committee of the NYSSCPA.  Also, he is currently the co-chair of the Closely Held and Flow Through Entities annual conference and previously serves as Chairman of the Evening Technical session of the Closely Held and S Corporation committee for the NYSSCPAs.  He has also written several articles for professional publications and has been quoted in various industry trades and newspapers.
