Steven Marcus, CPA, MST, has over 30 years of public accounting and financial management experience.  Mr. Marcus specializes in providing accounting, audit and tax services to a diverse clientele of closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations.  He is a principal in charge of audits of manufacturing, wholesale distribution and software technology companies and local governments.  Also, Mr. Marcus has been involved in various aspects of bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Marcus is a CPA licensed in New York, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Steve received his B.S. in Accounting from Salem State College, MA and his Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College, MA.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
