Principals

Fred Sisto has over 20 years of experience and joined the firm in 1988. Provides accounting, auditing and tax advisory services to the firm’s clients with a specialty in the real estate, construction, manufacturing & distributing industries, in general closely held enterprises and SAS 70 Engagements and related Internal Control Engagements. When necessary he assumes the role of controller and will serve as the most qualified financial advisor on a company’s management team.

Mr. Sisto is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Sisto is also a member of the Professional Women in Construction and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater New York, Inc. He is a past President of the Business Credit Club, an organization comprised of accountants, attorneys and credit grantors.

He is a graduate of Wagner College where he received his B.S. in Business Administration and has pursued graduate work in Accounting at Pace University.
