William P. Hughes, CPA, formerly a Partner at Kahn, Hoffman & Hochman, LLP, joined the firm in January 2011 as an Audit Partner in the New City office.  He provides both business and management consulting to a broad range of industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, real estate, printing and a specialization in construction.

In addition to accounting and tax, Mr. Hughes provides consulting services to clients regarding the implementation of new computer systems and software solutions and applications.

Mr. Hughes enthusiastically supports the accountants' efforts to obtain their CPA licenses and pursue their continuing education requirements.  In conjunction with this support he has developed in-house courses in construction accounting and financial reporting.  He has also taught segments within CPA Review Courses of nationally known companies.

Mr. Hughes is a CPA licensed in New York, and has a BBA in Accounting from Siena College.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants ("NYSSCPA").  Mr. Hughes serves on the Construction Committee of the NYSSCPA as well as a Board Member of the Campus Fun and Learn Child Development Center, Inc. located at Rockland Community College and the Rockland County Chapter of Certified Public Accountants.
