Mitchell Rubin, CPA, formerly a Partner at Miller, Ellin & Company, LLP, joined the firm in January 2009 as an Audit Partner.  Mr. Rubin has over thirty years experience handling a diverse spectrum of clients, including public companies, Special Purpose Acquisition Corporations, broker-dealers, engineering, not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, publishing, manufacturers, service enterprises and closely-held businesses.  Mr. Rubin is responsible for all facets of client services, including but not limited to, attestation, tax, acquisition and loan due diligence and management services.  In providing those services, he has worked closely with his clients to improve operating results and to assist in the evaluation of management operating decisions.

Mr. Rubin is a CPA licensed in New York and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany.  He is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants ("NYSSCPA").  Mr. Rubin has also served on various NYSSCPA committees.
