Michael Bernstein, CPA, formerly a Partner at Miller, Ellin & Company, LLP, joined the firm in January 2009 as a Partner.  Mr. Bernstein also serves on the firms Executive Committee.

Mr. Bernstein is also the Partner-in-Charge of the Consulting and Financial Due Diligence & Transaction Advisory Services Group of Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company Consulting Group LLP servicing private equity funds, banks, investment banks and mezzanine lenders.  Mr. Bermstein has vast experience handling diverse clients including various services for public companies as well as initial public offerings, 10-Q and 10-K filings.  Mr. Bernstein is recognized as an expert in SEC, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Bernstein is a CPA licensed in New York.  He received his BBA from Baruch College at City College and attended Graduate School at New York University's Stern School.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
