Dov Klein has over 30 years of experience specializing in accounting and auditing, as well as tax services to the construction, real estate, import and distribution, manufacturing and healthcare industries, as well as estate and financial planning.

Mr. Klein has consulted on matters in litigation, been engaged to provide due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, as well as business planning for growing businesses, especially owner-managed.

He is a CPA licensed in New York and Florida. Mr. Klein received his BS from Brooklyn College of New York, NY and has taken advanced courses in Taxation of Real Estate Transactions and Low Income Housing Tax Credit. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (“NYSSCPA”).

He has served on the following NYSSCPA committees - State & Local Taxation and Information Technology.
