Martin Leventhal,CPA, CFF, CGMA has over 40 years of professional experience providing tax, auditing, litigation services, forensic accounting and expert witness services. Mr. Leventhal acts as a consultant to taxpayers and attorneys for tax examinations including fraud. His expertise also includes the following industries: securities, medical and legal practices, manufacturing and real estate. He has extensive involvement in both the auditing and administration of not-for-profit entities.

He is a CPA licensed in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Leventhal received his B.S. from Brooklyn College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (“NYSSCPA”) and The Accountants Club of America.  He is a Past Chairman of  both the NYSSCPA Litigation Services Committee and the Consulting Services Oversight Committee and currently is the Chairman of the Mediation and Arbitration Committee.  Besides his professional involvements, he is the President of Harbor Child Care, the largest not-for-profit childcare group in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
