Rssm Announces Matthew D. Murphy Admitted To Partnership

NEW YORK, NY – January 1, 2008 - Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company LLP (“RSSM”), Certified Public Accountants and Profitability Consultants, announces Matthew D.  Murphy, CPA has been admitted to the Partnership.

Matthew D. Murphy, 39, has over 14 years of public accounting experience and joined the firm in August 1998.  Mr. Murphy provides accounting and auditing services for service, manufacturing, construction, broker/dealers, private technical schools, publishing, Internet, retail and real estate industries.  Additionally, he handles SEC and employee benefit plan projects.
Mr. Murphy received his B.A. in Professional Accounting from SUNY, Plattsburgh, NY and his Masters in Taxation from St. John's University, NY.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
