Michael Lang Joins Rssm

NEW YORK, NY – October 2007 - Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company LLP (“RSSM”), Certified Public Accountants and Profitability Consultants, announces Michael Lang, CPA has joined the firm.

Michael Lang, CPA, 43, has joined the firm as a Principal effective September 24, 2007.  Mr. Lang was previously a Manager at Marcum & Kliegman LLP.  Mr. Lang has been providing auditing, accounting, tax, and consulting services for over 23 years.  Mr. Lang’s experience includes those in the wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, retail, jewelry, communications and service industries for privately held businesses and more recently for public companies.

Mr. Lang received his B.B.A. in Public Accounting from Hofstra University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is licensed as a CPA in New York and New Jersey.
