ROSEN SEYMOUR SHAPSS MARTIN & COMPANY LLP CELEBRATES ITS 50TH YEAR IN BUSINESS

NEW YORK, New York (March 2006) - Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company LLP (“RSSM”), a midsized accounting firm based in Midtown Manhattan, celebrates its 50th Anniversary!  Fred Shapss, Managing Partner, states it seems like just yesterday that we began in our small office and today, we have evolved into one of the nation’s most respected accounting firms.  As we have grown we have constantly added new skills and disciplines enhancing our ability to serve our clients.  We are a full service “one stop firm” offering consulting services, including estate planning, litigation support and forensic accounting, management information systems consulting, business valuations, employee benefits, executive compensation, executive search and retirement planning in addition to the traditional services of accounting, auditing and tax planning and preparation.  We continue to add new services that will ensure our clients’ success.
