RSSM ANNOUNCES PRINCIPAL PROMOTIONS

NEW YORK, NY – August 1, 2005 - Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company LLP (“RSSM”), Certified Public Accountants and Profitability Consultants, announces the promotion of Barry Koch and Murray Blum to principal.

Barry Koch, 49, has been promoted to Principal.  Mr. Koch has 24 years of public accounting and financial management experience in providing accounting services and audits of HUD entities.  He provides accounting, auditing and tax services to the real estate industry, securities brokerage and service, insurance and financial industries.

Mr. Koch received his B.S. in Accounting from Queens College, NY.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Murray Blum, 49, has been promoted to Principal.  Mr. Blum has over 26 years of experience and joined the firm in May 1987.   He provides accounting, auditing and tax advisory services, while specializing in the real estate industry.

Mr. Blum is a graduate of Queens College, CCNY, NY with a B.A. in Accounting.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Mr. Blum also serves as a member of the Litigation Services Committee.
